Mark Loveitt has a wealth of experience of the copper industry. He has been President of the International Wrought Copper Council (IWCC) since 2008 and, in 2014, was appointed as a director of the IWCC.
The IWCC, which was founded in 1953, is the global industry organization for the copper and copper alloy semis-fabricating industry. The IWCC has strong links with the up-stream copper producing industry, the metal exchanges and other organizations in the copper and non-ferrous metals sector.
Mark Loveitt is a director of The Copper Mark, which is an independent company that provides the responsible production framework for the global copper industry.
In addition to managing the work of the IWCC, Mark Loveitt represents the IWCC at the International Copper Association (ICA), the International Copper Study Group (ICSG), the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) and with other bodies related to the copper industry.
