Chen Zhanzhi: Executive Vice President of Guangdong Hing Kei Group, and Chairman of Jiangxi Zhongli Resources Holding Co., Ltd., a founding enterprise of the Jiangxi Yingtan (Guixi) Copper Recycling Industry Park. Chen presided over and led Guangdong Hing Kei Group in the formulation of two national standards, namely Copper and Copper Alloy Scrap, and Recycled Copper Materials. He is keen on public welfare, and was elected as a director of the Copper Branch of China Non-ferrous Industry Association.
